Our firm manufacturing process consist in providing different kind of hairdressers services like haircuts, nails, make up, etc. Depending of the differents needs, preferences and wants for our costumers, we always are going to developing a highly specialized service. After we have the solicitud of the service that the costumer want with all the specifications, we can know the total cost of service, also we can give the hairdresser that can satisfy the wants of our costumer, lending them the best service with the major and specialized service. Is important to make you know that our stylists are always going to work with their own tools ( dryers , scissors, etc. ) and this that they genders mayor confidence when performing a job, but hair style will always have control of hygiene and good management of these , generale in order to greater security and confidence to our customers.

In this part of the process, we already know the type of service that the costumer is requesting (haircut, nails, makeup, etc) so, we select the hairdresser who is going to satisfy all the needs and wants for them.

After we select the hairdresser that will provide the service, we want to make the costumer know the name, the especializations that she or he have. If the service is makin by via web, we can share a picture of our employee, this activity is done with the intention of providing greater security to whom we are applying, so, we can be more trustworthy and the costumers can recomend us to other persons.
To finish the procces of the service that we will give to our costumers, we always want to knoe how they feel with us in all aspects, because we want to be better and be the best option for them. When the hairdresser finish the work, they have to give to the costumer a paper called “made us know how you feel with Hair Styles D.C” in this paper the costumer is going to calify the service, if the hairdresser was cordial with them, if they feel confortable, etc. Also the negative things that are going to help us grow and fulfill our objective is always to be the best option.
