STAFFING
Staffing activities are centered on personnel or human resources managment. Included are wage and salary administration, employee benefits, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, managment development, employee safety, affirmative action, equal employment opportuniy, grievance procedures, and public relations.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
The employees are going to have special benefits, and those are:
1) a day off from work on their birthday.
2) 5 hours off from work for a doctors appointment.
3) Subsidiary for gas.
4) Incentives in money for being more requested for the clients.
5) If they reach one of their objectives they will receive a bonus in money for it.
6) An hour a week for capacitation.
INTERVEUING:
For the interviews the personnel must already passed from a pre-selection, verification of the data, another selection process by phone to verify their mental actitudes, and then for the interview, he or she must bring a client that will accept any of the hair cuts the intervewers what the hair dresser do, these will be a test at the same time as 10 other hair dressers to see wich one is the best, they will have a max of time of 7 minutes to do the hair cut.
TRAINING:
The employees are going to have a training or capacitation on different styles and haircuts once a week and it is going to be obligatory for everybody, targeting complete hairdressers.
EMPLOYEE SAFETY:
All employees are going to have all the requirements statement by the state (Colombia).
DISCIPLINE POLICIES:
The employees must follow the following discipline policies:
1) Hair dressers are not able to work 24 after have drink.
2) Have the uniformed always clean and ironed.
3) Do not smoke on the service.
4) Do not work while being sick.
5) Be respectful with the customers and colleagues.
6) Good personal presentation.
7) Do not pass the 10 minutes mark of the service on the customer house.
PUBLIC RELATIONS:
On our (PR) we are going to focus our effort on social media, we are going to use a Facebook and our instagram, where we are going to show how everybody can get to our service, and all the different services we have on our organization, also we are going to post the different promotions we will have on the different months of the year, and also during the special occasions of the year
Wages and salaries: they were paid by number of clients served in the month citing the UN base paragraph Each type of service (manicure, cutting, brushing, etc.) value, whereafter the employees win UN percentage of that value.
Firing: The Company incurs dismissal when viewed violated any internal regulations of the Company or any of the duties of the said employee in the Labour Code. guidelines for this also stipulated in the Code shall be followed.
