MANAGEMENT

The five functions of managemente are planning, organizing, motivating, staffing and conrolling.

PLANNING

Planning consists of all those managerial activities related to preparing for the future. Including specific task such as forecasting, establishing objectives, devising strategies, developing policies and setting goals.

FORECASTING

 

We expect that in the first year of our business we will have at least 10 of our services per day, that means  300 services per month, these will make that our customers will be loyal, because our service is the best on our target market , because we are not only focused on our employees but also on our cuatmoers,of the quality for and of our employees

We also expect to have personal transport for our epmployees so they be able to get to the place of the service faster, and their equipment wont get on damage, and by the way we will also improbe our service , because that will make our service even better because our employees will be more puntual. After the second year we expect not anly to duplicate our target market 

 

 

OBJECTIVES:

 

Our objetives are focus on duplicate our target market, because we are going to offer a premium service, so our clients should como back and use our service again and not also that but share their good experience with some other people,  and also to best qualified hairdressing salon to go in bogota.

 

GENERAL MANAGER OBJECTIVES

 

Long - term objectives:

 

  • Work until the company expand such economic and employees.

  • Lead the company to become a recognized brand for his quality of service.

  • Obtain greater profitability.

  • Increased sales and assets.

 

Short - term objectives:

 

  • Increased sales 10% before the last month.

  • Get an annual return of 15%.

  • Hire 3 or more employees each trimester.

  • Ensure that all functional areas operate adequate with regulator body.

  • Develop strategies and tactics that company will focus on the first year.

 

LOGISTIC MANAGER OBJECTIVES

 

Short - term objectives: 

 

  • Keep our stylists aware of what they need to do to keep on our organization.

  • Do not have more than 2 minutes delayies on our services.

  • Solve  at least the 70% of the complains in no more than 7 moths.

  • Keep our stylists upgrated ( hire hair dressers that are in to the cool hair styles).

  • Make sure every one have their feedback of what are they diong good and what are they not. 

  • Create value and increase our companyes budget.

 

Tasks for those objectives:

 

  • Be in touch verey day with the stylists.

  • Organinize arevery day logistics for the organization functionament.

  • Check the trafic on the range of our services.

  • Check the way to transport our hair dressers. 

  • Receibe the complains.

  • Give the complains a solution.

  • Inform our hair dressers about new ways to keep updated of what the people whant for a hair cut. 

  • Analyse the organization functionament and give every body a feeback.

  • Keep inntouch with the company finnances.

 

Long - term objectives:

 

  • Every two years increase the companyies budget on at least 20%.

  • Have own transport for the members after the second year of the beguining year. 

  • Improve those ways of transport every two years.

 

MARKETING MANAGER

 

Long - term objectives:

 

  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.

  • Engage other organizations.

  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.

  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organizations.

 

Short - term objectives:

 

  • Design print ads and publications.

  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.

  • Engage consumers on social media.​

 

POLICIES 

 

  • Our employees must be as punctual as possible.

  • Five minutes would not be accepted of delay for the service.

  • The employees mus be respectfull with the clients and between each other.

  • The charge are going to be standardized for the company.

  • The employees are not gonna be able to change the charge for the service.

  • The  employee must always ask if their service was pleasurable.

 

STRATEGIES:

 

Focus on the customers and be always innovating  so we will have to have a competitive advantage  sustaniable, when oportunities  look dificult to find we will have new promotions that will make our company more atractive than others, and also we are going to implement a skiming strategy at the begining so we will have a good way to enter to the new market , ones we have some recognisment we will implement a diferrenciating strategy and have  new range of customers, but without losing the last ones.

 

If our employee got delay the hair cut i going to be 50 percent of, but he or she steel have to give us our money for the service ofered and complete.

our goal in the market is to be the best hairdresing salon to go in colombia , but to reach that we have to achieve to be to best in bogota (expected on 2 years), then the best on cundinamarca (expected on 6 years), and the best in colombia ( expected in 8 years), and the we will be able to take part  on  international competitions.
