MOTIVATING

Motivating can be defined as the process of influencing people to accomplish specific objectives. Motivation explain why some people work hard and others do not.

Internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to attain a goal.

Motivation results from the interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors such as the (1) intensity of desire or need, (2) incentive or reward value of the goal, and (3) expectations of the individual and of his or her peers. These factors are the reasons one has for behaving a certain way. An example is a student that spends extra time studying for a test because he or she wants a better grade in the class.

Monthly we will be analyzing the performance of each employee in his work and for the one who stand out from the others will be prize with a gift voucher or discount to some warehouse. This will be taken from customer service surveys and complaints and claims.
We will have the birthday of each employee, this so that the employee receives a gift from the company and likewise a little celebration where is recognizes their importance within the company.
We will be having respective annual celebration events. Such as Halloween, Christmas, Love and Friendship, etc. So that employees in important dates come out of the monotony, and share a good time with colleagues.
Training will be granted for employees to improve their cuts, manicures, pedicures and depilation; and expand the area of knowledge, recognizing the new tendencies in the industry. In every six months the employee will improve and gain more knowledge about the adjustments to the company.
Monthly there will be a limit of provide service goal for employees, if the employee accomplish this goal they will be rewarded with more commissions that they already have. Employees will have a economically benefit if they manage to exceed the limit number of provide service set monthly.
Yearly, the employee who has been more successful from the others will receive a gift from the company, that it's a trip in some part of Colombia with a companion.
Monthly, all employees could take two times any of the services that company provides for free.
