According to “Portafolio.co” the colombian e-commerce have been growing and that is thanks to the easy acces of internet, diversification of channel paterns, increase consumer confidence, etc.
A study made by “The Cocktaill Analysis” but presented by “Cámara Colombiana de Comercio Electrónico” shows that 52% persons who surf in the internet have purchased from an online store at least once. Thanks to this the colombian companies offer daily a lot of advantages to the colombian consumer, but the principal aspects which users value are: comfort, a good offer, quality of product or service and security.
On the other hand Gonzalez Rojas, H.D shows on his essay “IMPORTANCIA DE LA TECNOLOGÍA EN LAS EMPRESAS” the importance of technology in companies in an actual world to have stability in the market and being rentable. Also says that most of the companies who offer their services online on a web page does not have successful, because most of them use a wrong method of publicity, marketing or design of the web page.

According to our technological forces, we are specially focused on the Call Centre, because this is the principal way to communicate with our customers and hairdressers to schedule appointments.
For this Call Centre, we are going to hire external staff that will answer to our customers and give them an appointment with our employees.

When we talk about Social Media, it refers to the process of gaining traffic or attention through social media sites. Social media itself is a catch-all term for sites that may provide radically different social actions. For instance, Twitter is a social site designed to let people share short messages or “updates” with others. Using Social Media it's a really good technique cause we're having the opportunity to let the world know us, and also it's one of the easiest way to share information with people and companies respect our functions. Even though it's easier to start a good sharing information by social media, also it's important to recognize that draw the attetion of the people nowdays it's difficult cause the competitiveness in social networks is growing every day.
